We want you to love your Pappy & Company order, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all original tags must be attached and items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label directly from the portal; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all tags and protective packaging are included.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
